Ingrid earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration after attending Hampton University and graduating from Southern CT State University. Prior to forming her own company, she held leadership roles with Lockheed Martin and BAE Systems. As the CEO of MCG Services, Inc. (MCG), she directs all aspects of the company’s vision, mission and services. She is responsible for creating and shaping the firm’s corporate strategy, business development and forming partnerships. She successfully manages staff and corporate business objectives in order to initiate future business revenue and teaming agreements with public and private sector clientele all over the world. She was named to the National Small Business Association (NSBA) Leadership Council in 2017.  Mrs. Cox joins the NSBA Leadership Council alongside other small-business advocates from across the country as they work to promote the interests of small business to policymakers in Washington, D.C. Most recently, Mrs. Cox accepted an Executive Leadership Role in The BOW Collective, a professional group of business philanthropists. The Collective works together to bring awareness, business opportunities, and capital resources to entrepreneurs. In addition, they actively create the pipeline of successful entrepreneurship by training, counseling and partnering with emerging businesses.
